Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and outbound distribution activitiesManage, train, schedule, and evaluate shipping team membersEnsure accurate order fulfillment, packaging, labeling, and documentationMonitor shipping schedules to meet retail store and customer delivery deadlinesCoordinate with carriers, transportation partners, and internal departmentsResolve shipping issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged goodsMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsTrack shipping performance metrics and prepare operational reportsOptimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsPrepare and execute daily replenishment requirementsMaintain inventory accuracy during outbound processing

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)3–5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or distribution operationsPrevious supervisory or leadership experience mandatoryKnowledge of shipping systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics processesFamiliarity with retail and web distribution and carrier requirementsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
