The mission of the Distribution team is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all Aritzia’s customers. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Distribution, 3PL (Columbus), you will lead the team to:
Uphold day-to-day operational excellence within 3PLs and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage and facilitate the inbound and outbound operations within 3PLs
Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within 3PLs
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager, Distribution, 3PL (Columbus), has:
Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in:
A Distribution Centre environment
Warehouse Management Systems and SAP
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000- $200,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
