Our Americas Distribution Services Division (ADSD) provides governance and administration of Cat® dealers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Job Summary:
The Distribution Development Representative leads the development and execution of mid- and long-term business development strategies with Cat® dealers and aligned business partners within the Mountain West District.

Work with business partners across the organization and outside consultants to gain industry trends and collect voice of the customer and voice of the business to propose ideas for business growth.Manage metrics, dashboards and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and develop processes to increase sales.Plan and direct all projects viewed as critical to department and the enterpriseGather information and assess the market including competitive issues, market dynamics, market service needs and the company position in the industry by securing a leadership role within the trade associations, technical bodies and schools particular to this sector.What You Have (Required Skills):

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
