Our client, a leader in the supply chain industry, is seeking a Distribution Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Distribution Data Analyst **Location:** DeKalb, Illinois (hybrid) **Pay Range:** $94,000 - $114,000 Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. **What's the Job?** + Design and develop data models to support supply chain operations, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics. + Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve supply chain efficiency. + Work closely with supply chain managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data models meet business needs. + Integrate data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, and external data providers, to create comprehensive data models. + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). + 3 years of combined experience in Supply Chain and/or Distribution Center experience in a private, public, government or military environment. + 1 year of Data Analysis and Visualization experience: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Access, Power BI, SQL, etc. + Experience with warehouse management systems and statistical modeling tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with innovative and diverse teams. + Engagement in meaningful projects that impact supply chain efficiency.
