About the Role

As a Distribution Centre Operator, you will manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, returns processing, and logistics coordination, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.In addition, you will:Accurately pick, pack, and ship goods in line with customer and operational requirements.Manage inbound receipt of goods, including unloading, checking, and processing stock into inventory.Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.Handle return processes, including inspection, documentation, and storage.Coordinate freight and logistics activities to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with WHS standards.Support Sales and Customer Care teams with order updates, product availability, and fulfilment requirements.Assist in special projects, customer-specific requests, and operational improvements across departments.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with warehouse safety procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support company values and culture.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have:Proven experience in a similar warehouse, distribution, or logistics roleA current and valid forklift license is a mustSound understanding of freight coordination, inventory management, and warehouse operationsProficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applicationsPhysically fit and capable of performing manual handling and repetitive tasksA strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalismAble and willing to work across departments including operations, sales, and customer careStrong commitment to workplace health and safety standards
