Skills and Requirements High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Experience in a fast‑paced distribution environment. Elite communication skills and experience engaging employees Proficiency with WMS systems; able to learn new digital tools quickly. Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and scissor lifts. Experience with EWM Warehouse Management System is a plus
