Additional information is available at: https://burlingtonstores.jobs/our-burlington/ **A Day In The Life** Our internship program is a starting point for a career journey at Burlington and here is a peek at what you can expect: + A 10-week summer program working out of our Distribution Centers where you’ll work side by side with industry leaders responsible for supporting a robust warehouse operation. + Hands-on experience and involvement with Burlington’sproject lifecycleincluding the design, planning, and installation of various projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, maximizing output, and ensuring workplace safety. + Direct management from an experienced Project Implementation Engineerand mentorship from an experienced Supply Chain Engineer who will be your “buddy” for support and guidance throughout your program journey. + A 100% on-site experience that will require an ability to be on-site every day at your assigned DC location. The schedule may vary throughout the week and could include weekends and/or evening hours to support project needs. **Our Day in the Life of an Engineer** **ing Project Management** **Intern** + Identify project scopes, goals, and deliverables while learning and applying project management processes and methodologies. + Assist with planning and executing various projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on budget, and on schedule. + Develop project plans, track team assignments, and monitorproject progress. + Attend project status meetings and contribute to progress reporting for management, + Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to obtain project requirements and to support project goals. + Collect and analyze data to support project development, implementation, and execution. **You'll Come With** + Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similarly related field). + Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027. + Affinity for process improvement, technical / complex problems, large-scale projects,a fast paced and always evolving environment, and building a career in Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics. + Data-driven problem-solver who can build andmaintain productive partnerships by living our core values. With our Distribution Centers located in California, reliable transportation is required as each Distribution Center location may or may not be easily accessible by public transportation.
