**Job Title: Distribution Associate**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic and growing team as a Distribution Associate where you will play a key role in ensuring products are processed and shipped efficiently and accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Process and audit orders to ensure accuracy.
+ Pack products to be shipped according to customer needs.
+ Ship orders to designated customer locations.
+ Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
+ Collect and compact cardboard materials.
+ Sort and count parts accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in inventory management, packing, and shipping.
+ Proficiency in order picking and packaging.
+ Ability to process and audit orders effectively.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
+ Skills in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory management, counting, and labeling.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
