Disputes Customer Care Professional - Finnish and Swedish Speaking - 12-month Temporary Assignment

How will you make an impact in this role?

The CEN Nordic Disputes Team is a small team of experts. A Customer who raise a disputed transactions are helped in our team. We strive to deliver an investigation, a resolution, an explanation and increased Customer Satisfaction within set and expected timeframes.

Are you the one who will help us solve mysteries? We are looking for a Team Player who is structured and can communicate well both to Customers but also internally.

In our team we’re ready to help each other out, you will not be one of those who has just one thing to do, we aim to be flexible and help where we can so prepare to learn and have various daily tasks!

Essential experience and skills:

Minimum Qualification:

Required languages: Finnish, Swedish and English
