Qualifications:
2-3+ years of dispatch experience.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office).Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments.Strong communication skills for verbal and written interactions.Experience in utilities, HVAC, EMS, or related fields.Skills in customer service, data entry, administrative support, and dispatch customer service.Work Environment
The work hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with remote work available on Fridays after training. Our brand-new office in Naperville offers a modern, energetic environment with amenities such as a gym, basketball court, coffee shop, convenience store, and a well-equipped kitchen area.
There will also be opportunities for overtime.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to provide exceptional support to our technicians. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth in an exciting industry, whether you are an experienced dispatcher or new to the field. You will manage a daily workload of approximately 50 calls and ensure timely responses to all required work. This position requires the ability to prioritize and dispatch emergency work efficiently while delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
