Dispatcher

Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily transportation schedulesMonitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and deliveryCommunicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery updatesTrack loads and update dispatch and transportation systemsResolve scheduling issues and service interruptions in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records, logs, and reportsCommunicate with internal teams and customers as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and transportation regulationsDispatcher Qualifications:
Familiar with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Coordinated between ports and rail pickups/deliveries.
Route planning for route optimization dispatches.
Manage driver schedules for HOS compliance, Monitor shipments for on-time service.
Communicate service exceptions, between drivers, customer service teams, and vendor relations group.
Administrative duties including billing entry, driver settlement reviews, and other applicable admin duties.
