Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Coordinate dispatch activities, updating schedules and communicating changes in real time.Plan and adjust routes to optimize timing, coverage, and service levels.Troubleshoot delivery/driver issues and escalate as needed to prevent service failures.Maintain compliance and safety expectations while monitoring daily performance metrics.Provide customer service support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.Dispatcher Qualifications:
Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Solid computer skills and ability to learn dispatch/transportation software quickly.Detail-oriented with strong time management in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.Proven problem-solving ability and calm decision-making under pressure.Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
