Job Description

This role involves overseeing customer field deliveries and returns, ensuring efficient organization of daily shipping activities with approved freight carriers. You will be responsible for gathering and reconciling shipping documents for accuracy before sending them to accounts receivable. Additionally, you will provide the Shipping Supervisor with detailed daily schedules for outbound customer loads.

ResponsibilitiesPrimary control position for all customer field deliveries and returns.Organize daily shipping activities utilizing approved freight carriers.Gather and reconcile all shipping documents for accuracy before sending to accounts receivable.Provide detailed daily schedules to the Shipping Supervisor regarding outbound customer loads.Collaborate closely with field superintendents to schedule deliveries and returns.Generate pick lists for staging.Dispatch the MPP personnel, ensuring effective logistics and administrative support.Provide excellent customer service through dispatch operations.Essential SkillsMust have experience in a $30M shipping revenue per year organization.Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.2-3+ years of dispatch experience within the transportation industry.Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.Exceptional attention to detail and diligence.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in using the TITAN system.Familiarity with competitors such as Rinker and PDM.Work Environment

This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Bonuses are paid out based on attendance. The role involves engaging with logistics and administrative tasks in a structured environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
