Job Title: Dispatcher Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to schedule installation appointments efficiently and ensure jobs are conducted in a timely manner. This role involves overseeing the installation pipeline, managing paperwork, and coordinating with installation crews to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities + Schedule installation appointments ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and timely. + Review pending installations and verify product arrival and labor workbooks. + Actively oversee the installation pipeline, closing and updating jobs daily. + Manage installation paperwork to prepare installation crews for each scheduled installation. + Understand installation crew abilities and assign qualified crews to new projects. + Receive and maintain inventory of orders, providing timely ETAs to stakeholders. + Resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. + Collect payments and submit funding for completed jobs to maintain Days Sales Outstanding within company standards. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry. + Microsoft Office skills. + 3 years of administrative experience. + Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Dispatch experience is a significant advantage. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
