Be the recognized XOPS Expert at the unit levelBe responsible to maintain and increase their knowledge of the XOPS platform Train local users on XOPS standardsHold the XOPS users and drivers responsible for not complying with XOPS standards such as badging into vehicles, not adjusting flights, tampering with equipment, etc.Conduct user’s feedback of XOPS to improve or enhance features Communicate XOPS related notices to the local teamImmediately report XOPS software failures to the PMO TeamConfigure Android mobile devices to Android for WorkManage the inventory of XOPS Mobile Devices with the MDM to minimize loss and damageTroubleshoot broken mobile devices and open JIRA tickets as neededWork with the PMO Team to send devices to repair and/or order new replacementsDownload the FMS and OMS for local usersCoordinate with their Unit Leadership as neededAttend meetings and be prepared to brief management on any unit XOPS failures including a plan to address themRegister for and maintain a JIRA account for reporting issues to the PMO TeamEnsure the latest version of the XOPS Mobile App is installed when a new version is releasedMaintain awareness of XOPS Fleet Vehicle conditions and report any that are not functioning properly by opening a JIRA ticketWork with the unit maintenance team to troubleshoot vehicle issuesReview US XOPS Workspace dashboards to drive their business in identifying root causesUse OMS/FMS/PowerBI to help investigate incidentsUse PowerBI to reward employee top performersQualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.
Work Experience:
2+ years supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, and restaurant or catering environment or equivalent experience in the related field preferred
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Must have strong and effective leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage a staff of 30+ hourly employees.
Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus, but not required.
Candidate must be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program change.
Ability to train others required.
Must have the ability to give negative and positive feedback to employees on a daily basis.
Excellent time management skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills required.
Must be innovative and have the ability to make changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performance.
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification required.
ServSafe Certified preferred
Language / Communication Skills:
Expresses oneself clearly and effectively when speaking and writing to individuals and groups; listening attentively and insuring communication is understood by all parties involved
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish/Chinese Mandarin/ Vietnamese/Hindi/Polish a plus.
