\n\t\t\t\t\tAnswers customer and driver calls in a timely and professional manner.\nEnters order data into computer system.\nCoordinates deliveries with customers, sales, quality control, operators, and other personnel as required regarding special materials needed, customer requirements, and plant and material availability.\nMaintains working knowledge of city streets and surrounding areas to assist drivers in locating specific job sites.\nAssists customers in determining the proper product, proper amount, and proper price.\nReceives and follows-up on customer complaints regarding any truck or driver problems at job sites.\nBuilds a strong rapport with customers, both internally and externally.\nRegular and timely attendance.\nOther tasks as assigned to meet business needs.\nParticipate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

\n\t\t\t\t\tDemonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast paced environment.\nDemonstrates ability to communicate effectively with all departments and customers on the phone and in person. Detailed-oriented and thorough in all duties and be able to work extended hours when needed.\nProficient with Microsoft Windows applications.\nAble to perform basic mathematical functions.\nExcellent organizational, customer service and telephone skills.\nStrong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work well in a high stress environment.\nMust pass pre-employment controlled substance testing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
