What you will have an opportunity to do:

BASIC FUNCTION: The Steward works in the kitchen and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, glasses, kitchen equipment and overall kitchen.  Also responsible for trash removal from the kitchen.

Status: Full-Time

Availability: 1st and 2nd shift, Anticipated Start Date: March 8, 2026

Payrate: $17.75 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Load dishwasher with dirty dishes including plates, silverware and glasses.

Follows proper scraping, sorting, and stacking procedures to minimize breakage.

Stack and store dishes properly in their assigned areas.

Clean walls as needed.

Inspect and refill paper towels, and hand soap at all wash basins throughout the kitchen and in associate restrooms.

Sweep and mop the kitchen during meal periods as needed and or as directed by a supervisor.

Empties kitchen trash and takes to our property dumpster.

Basic Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
