Job Title: Dishwasher Department: Kitchen / Catering Reports to: Sous Chef / Executive Chef FLAS Status: Hourly/ Non-Exempt Pay Rate: $16.91 SUMMARY: ASM Global/SMG has an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for ensuring for the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas. MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES: + Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher. + Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events. + Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members. + Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis. + Assists chefs with preparation for events. + Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations. + Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be at least 18 years old. + Must hold current and valid food handler's permit. + Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time. + Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
