This role bridges scientific strategy with patient access and commercial ambition, providing a strong scientific foundation to DA objectives. The DAML builds scientific credibility, drives insight generation and
evidence strategy, ensures medical readiness, and guides the Medical Experts (MEs) in the DA in close collaboration with the Medical Chapter Lead. The DAML also connects India’s reality to global and regional medical networks, enabling science-led contributions from India.

Engage regularly in scientific exchange to support medical education, insight gathering, and future pipeline shaping.

Support internal readiness for launches and major lifecycle events with robust scientific training and communication.

Collaborate across the matrix (Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Policy) to shape DA strategy and ensure compliant execution.

Ensure medical contributions to DA squad decisions and network-aligned execution.

Represent India’s medical perspective in regional/global networks and share insights for global strategy shaping.

Review and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of external-facing content, in line with SOPs and regulations.
