Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and general contractors to ensure the accurate distribution of funds for construction projects. Your work will be vital in coordinating inspections, verifying project completion percentages, collecting invoices and lien waivers, and managing title endorsements, among other tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
+ 1-2 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable/accounts receivable, or administrative roles.
+ Experience in coordinating and scheduling.
+ Experience in loan servicing and/or lending is highly preferred.
+ Experience in construction, remediation, or renovation is highly preferred.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
+ Flexible disposition to work with various personality types.
+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunriver, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
