The Disability Waiver Rate System (DWRS) Integrity Analyst conducts analysis and review of Disability Waiver Rate System service rate calculations. This position works within the Fiscal Policy and Operations team and across the Disability Services Division to ensure service rate calculations adhere to program and system requirements. Responsibilities: + Review, analyze and report on DWRS rate calculations. Ensure that DWRS framework rate inputs follow established protocol and align with requirements described in legislation and the waiver plans + Develop and draft recommendations for DWRS rate methodology instructional guidance in consultation with other policy areas + Foster positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers, managers, and partners so all are treated in a respectful, professional, and humane manner + Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** **_**To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month, day and year for each job held.**_** 1 year professional experience with policy analysis and/or quality assurance OR 3 years advanced technical or paraprofessional experience in data review and reporting OR Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of advanced technical or paraprofessional experience Experience must include the following: + Experience with Minnesota’s disability waiver programs, systems, financing, providers, and related federal and state laws, regulations, and reporting requirements + Experience with issues that affect long-term care services and supports for people with disabilities + Experience using project management techniques, tools, and practice sufficient to contribute to successful projects **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to establish work goals and expectations, anticipate problems, plan contingencies, evaluate results, provide focused feedback, direct work, and advise others + Ability to use continuous improvement strategies and incorporate them into policy solutions. + Ability to plan, manage, and facilitate meetings + Ability to understand and account for diverse, sometimes competing concerns of external partners, interest groups, and constituents + Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and/or cultures **Additional Requirements** To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
