This strategic role is responsible for ensuring an efficient, productive, safe, and compliant work environment that aligns with the organization's current needs and future growth. **Qualifications:** •Languages: Fluent English. (Mandatory) •Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) highly preferred; •Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or directorial role focusing on space planning and occupancy. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Space Planning & Allocation** Analyze current and future space requirements based on headcount forecasts, business growth, and organizational changes; Develop space plans that maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance with building codes and company standards; Assign and manage seating allocations for employees, teams, and departments; + **Occupancy Data Management** Maintain accurate occupancy data in workplace management systems (e.g., CAFM/IWMS tools); Track and report on space utilization metrics, including density, vacancy, and forecasted needs; Ensure data integrity and timely updates for moves, adds, and changes (MAC); + **Move Coordination** Plan and coordinate employee moves, including scheduling, communication, and vendor management; Develop move plans and seating charts to minimize disruption to business operations; + **Stakeholder Engagement** Communicate occupancy plans and changes clearly to stakeholders; Strategic Planning Support long-term real estate strategies by providing occupancy scenarios and recommendations; Identify opportunities for space optimization, cost savings, and improved employee experience; + **Strategic Planning** Support long-term real estate strategies by providing occupancy scenarios and recommendations.
