Director - Technology Product Management
**About this role** We are seeking a Director, Product to lead strategy and execution for a key product domain supporting private‑markets investors. This role is central to advancing our platform’s data, insights, and workflow capabilities for customers across the alternatives ecosystem. As a Director, you will define long‑term product direction, shape multi‑year roadmaps, and drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and customer success. You will ensure that our products directly enable investors, deal teams, and market participants to operate with deeper insight, greater efficiency, and better outcomes. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in cross‑functional, platform‑building environments and is motivated by the opportunity to influence the next generation of private‑markets capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and own the product strategy for your domain, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market insights, and commercial priorities. + Drive the full product lifecycle, from early‑stage discovery through launch, iteration, and scaled adoption. + Engage deeply with private‑markets customers, translating deal‑team workflows and data needs into actionable product requirements. + Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, research, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑quality, timely product outcomes. + Mentor and develop Product Managers, elevating product craft, delivery quality, and cross‑functional collaboration. + Champion data‑driven decisions, using analytics, market intelligence, customer feedback, and platform usage data to refine priorities. + Communicate strategy and progress to senior stakeholders clearly and without ambiguity. **Required Skills & Experience:** + Strong customer empathy with the ability to convert complex workflows into intuitive product solutions. + Commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities. + Proven track record of delivering products in iterative, discovery‑driven environments. + Experience leading Product Managers and shaping high‑performing product teams. + Analytical, structured, and comfortable using data to guide decisions. + High ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and end‑to‑end accountability. **Strongly Preferred Experience:** Experience of private‑markets deal teams – whether as a deal‑team member or as a data or software provider supporting sourcing, diligence, or portfolio monitoring – is strongly preferred. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
