**Job Description:**
**Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.**
AT&T is seeking a strategic, execution‑driven leader to accelerate our Business Sales Transformation. In this role, you will streamline sales processes, modernize tools, and enable sellers to spend more time building relationships and closing deals. You will champion operational simplicity and deliver a digital‑first, AI‑enabled seller experience powered by Salesforce.
This leader will partner across Product, Sales, Sales Operations, and Technology to deliver workflow modernization, order simplification, and world‑class seller enablement.
**What you’ll do**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Sales Technology & Workflow Transformation**
+ **Design & Optimize Seller Workflows:** Build seamless, end‑to‑end Salesforce workflows in partnership with Sales and Sales Operations.
+ **Order Simplification:** Redesign and simplify ordering and sales processes to reduce complexity and cycle time.
+ **Modernize Seller Journey:** Deploy modern, digital, and AI‑driven capabilities across the sales lifecycle to elevate seller productivity.
**Sales Tools Enablement & Support**
+ **Capability Rollouts:** Launch new sales tools and capabilities; drive full adoption through change management, training, and communications.
+ **Tier‑1 Support:** Provide frontline Salesforce support to sellers, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruption.
+ **System Consolidation:** Eliminate fragmentation across systems, tools, and touchpoints to create a unified, intuitive seller experience.
**Productivity & Performance Impact**
+ **Increase Seller Efficiency:** Streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden to maximize time spent with customers.
+ **Enhance Sales Outcomes:** Remove friction to improve win rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
+ **Data‑Driven Insights:** Use analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve workflows, tools, and capabilities
**What you’ll need**
+ 10+ years experience in Sales Technology, Sales Operations, Product, and Enterprise Systems
+ Expert in AT&T Business Products and Services and the supporting Sales Technology stacks
+ Deep expertise with **Salesforce required** (Sales Cloud, CPQ, CRM)
+ Proven success leading large‑scale transformation or modernization initiatives
+ Strong cross‑functional collaboration and executive communication skills
+ Experience driving adoption and change management across large sales organizations
+ Ability to translate seller pain points into actionable technical requirements
**What you’ll bring**
+ Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
+ Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies.
+ Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
+ Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Our Sr Specialist Sales Exec 1-Platinum Mob, earns between $210,600 - $316,000 + commissions with a total target compensation of $260,600 - $366,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
