What You’ll Do

Develop and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital domains.

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance web and microservice solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

Provide hands-on architectural direction and technical mentorship across multiple teams and projects.

Drive large-scale software projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring quality, resilience, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.

Champion best practices in development methodology, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within your organization.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of engineering or software development experience, including high-volume e-commerce applications.

8+ years of technical team leadership and people management, guiding large and diverse teams.

Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern application architecture.

Proven track record in leading BSS transformation initiatives and driving measurable results.

Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus).

Product management experience and the ability to bridge business and technology objectives.

Excellent communication skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring at all levels.

Our Director-Technology, earns between $171,000-$287,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
