If you excel at navigating complex environments, guiding technical strategy, and driving impactful results, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference at the forefront of the industry. **What You’ll Do** + Develop and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital domains. + Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance web and microservice solutions. + Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. + Provide hands-on architectural direction and technical mentorship across multiple teams and projects. + Drive large-scale software projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring quality, resilience, and scalability. + Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes. + Champion best practices in development methodology, security, compliance, and operational excellence. + Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within your organization. **What You’ll Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. + 10+ years of engineering or software development experience, including high-volume e-commerce applications. + 8+ years of technical team leadership and people management, guiding large and diverse teams. + Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern application architecture. + Proven track record in leading BSS transformation initiatives and driving measurable results. + Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus). + Product management experience and the ability to bridge business and technology objectives. + Excellent communication skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring at all levels. Our Director-Technology, earns between $171,000-$287,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
