Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is currently hiring a Director Supply Chain Programs 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This leadership position is based onsite in Melbourne, FL.
The position will lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization supporting the B-21 programs division within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for the development portfolio, which includes EMD, modernization, training and CTF programs. This business area will serve as a strategic growth engine for the program and sector. Acts as the main focal point for the VP PM and Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers. Serves as the senior GSC leader for major proposal activities, working with both internal and external customers to ensure cost and schedule parameters are met. Interfaces regularly with executive engagement as well as high levels of the customer community.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related field OR Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management or related fieldExperience leading in a matrixed environmentCost Account Management (CAM) experienceAerospace & Defense (A&D) experienceYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
