Director - Strategic Recruiting

This position is responsible for building and driving our Strategic and Digital Recruiting model - defining the model of strategic alliances, building partnerships/recruiting offices with local workforce boards, and identifying and targeting new and unique talent pools to build our talent pipeline. This position will implement consistent and effective recruiting processes. These processes will include new and innovative approaches to recruiting that optimize leading edge resources, tools and technologies and that align with our US Staffing strategies and initiatives. Additionally, this position will provide the focus and strategies needed to increase our capabilities in recruiting in the digital space, which will support us in developing our premiere talent/employer brand.
• Define and deploy the model for strategic alliances for attracting talent:
o one stop offices
o educational institutions
o other institutions to leverage national relationships
• Develops others so they can be their best and attain higher levels of achievement
• Drives commitment to achieving our Vision
• Uses thought-leading research to enhance the brand in the marketplace and create improved revenue opportunities with strategic alliances and clients
• Partners with governments, corporations, media, academic institutions and/or industry associations to learn and deliver on our brand promise as thought leaders
• Development of recruiting strategies to address:
o Vertical industries
o Digital technology
o Diverse populations
o Traditional staffing business models
• Define and deploy a Digital recruiting strategy
• Implement and optimize the use of Kiosks for attracting talent
• Develop a strategy to maximize social networks to target specific populations including training our teams to be able to do so.
• Implement and optimize candidate studios for efficient candidate sharing
• Establish, track and report consistent metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting techniques.
• Define and deploy a training module and integration of new methods of recruiting to improve skills and proficiency in the models and processes described above
• 5-7 years experience in management, with 3-5 years managing recruiting teams
• 3-5 years experience in business development or sales-related function
• Demonstrated experience managing recruiting budgets
• Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting using digital technology and social media required
• Ability to respond effectively and quickly to client's needs and issues
• Ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Must enjoy interacting with people and be sales motivated.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
• Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple recruiting projects.
• Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.
• Creativity, ingenuity and innovation. Demonstrated experience in recruiting for all levels of positions, building and leading a superior talent acquisition team, and building a winning employer brand
• Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
