Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Strategically drive sales performance and objectives through subordinate sales supervisory personnel across retail stores and indirect authorized retailers within a geographic area, ensuring alignment with company goals, optimizing customer experiences, and maximizing revenue and market share growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, train and optimize staff performance, ensuring resources are utilized to meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of all product and service offerings. Grow market share and brand value while decreasing churn within the assigned geographical area.
• Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high standards of service and store operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve corporate objectives.
• Operational Effectiveness: Optimize operational efficiency through the creation and oversight of policies and procedures as well as performance management. Manage and adhere to budgets.
Job Contribution: Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Leads large sales teams responsible for maximizing sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. Supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Oversees execution, resolves complex issues, and negotiates with senior stakeholders. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes.
Our Director of Sales earn between $108,200 - $162,200 + $37,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.
