What you’ll do as a Director Program Management Operations + Train and develop people leadership skills within the leadership team (Supervisors, Managers, and Area Managers) with a focus on a positive safety culture and employee engagement, in line with the company’s vision, mission and values + Actively participate in new market start-ups with a focus on hiring and developing a new local management team + Manage the implementation processes of continuous improvement to increase overall efficiency for multiple lines of business throughout the organization + Manage the planning and implementation of operational projects with significant impact the company’s results + Strategically align and manage operational project tasks and deliverables to reach overall business goals + Track and report training and development / project progress and ensure deliverables are executed on-time. + Effectively communicate with company stakeholders and clients + Balance competing project constraints + Other responsibilities as assigned + This role is expected to travel up to 75% What you’ll need + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Minimum 10 years experience in senior management role within general construction, engineering or telecommunication industry managing large-scale and complex projects with customer facing responsibilities. + Extensive experience in change management. + Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments within the company + Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomes. + Skills or experience related to project coordination. Project coordination generally focuses more on day-to-day tasks and less on high-level planning, scheduling, or budgeting. + High level oral and written communication skills + Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software + Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting + Experience or knowledge of maintaining a formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. Includes Quality Control, Quality Assurance. + Proficiency in Microsoft and Google + Additional qualifications: + LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to carry out strategic detailed written or oral instructions. High level skills to analyze and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in complex situations. WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines. Working regular hours and extended hours, especially during peak seasons.
