$119,658.00 - $186,965.63

**This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location – Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FL | New York, NY**
**Why This Role Matters:** The Transformation Enablement Director drives organizational change by aligning strategic initiatives, new ways of working and process improvements and adoption with business goals. This role oversees large-scale transformation projects, manages stakeholder resistance, and fosters a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include designing frameworks and measuring performance metrics to ensure a successful, sustainable transformation.
**You Will:**
+ Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team
+ **Transformation Planning & Deployment** : Lead development of detailed, actionable implementation plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with MVH’s transformation roadmap, timelines, and strategic objectives. Drive coordination from planning through execution to support successful deployment and adoption.
+ **Change Enablement** : Develop and implement practical change enablement plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and reinforcement strategies, to manage resistance and accelerate adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
+ **Operational Excellence** : Support and provide thought leadership on process improvement and standardization. Partner with Digital Technology team to enable digitization efforts where relevant
+ **Stakeholder Management** : Partner with Strategy & Transformation leaders to define priorities, manage risks, and secure alignment. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during the adoption of the transformation
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Deliver customer service focused on business units, centers of excellence and business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, P&O, communications, training, and project management, to ensure a coordinated approach to change management activities
+ **Capability Building** : Partner with training teams to create programs to upskill employees and foster an agile culture
+ **Performance Measurement** : Establish KPIs to track progress, ROI, and value realization
+ **Resilience and Adaptability** : Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
+ **Emotional Intelligence** : Demonstrated ability to understand, manage, and respond effectively to emotions, both in oneself and in others
+ Other job duties as assigned
**Your Experience Should Include:**
Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Change Management and Development
Preferred: Master’s degree* in Business Administration
* or a combination of education, training and experience to provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
8 years of related experience. 5+ years of experience in managing projects/transformations
Required:
+ Working with large scale, multi-team projects
+ Communication Skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
+ Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project issues and risks effectively. Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances
+ Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies. Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Salary Range:** **$113,960 - $195,869**

+ Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
+ Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
