Director of Technology Operations
ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. This role is responsible for ensuring our technology platforms are scalable, reliable, and secure while building high-performing teams that support business growth.

 

Reporting to the CIO, this leader will partner closely with executive leadership, the Risk Committee, and Technology teams to strengthen our infrastructure foundation, mature security operations, and proactively manage technology risk.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure across cloud, network, compute, storage, and end-user technologiesEnsure platform scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiencyEstablish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and proceduresOversee infrastructure budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiationsBuild, lead, and develop high-performing infrastructure teamsHire, coach, and mentor talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementCollaborate across Technology and business teams to ensure secure, well-designed solutions
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleDeep experience in modern SaaS and cloud-based environmentsStrong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk managementProven ability to build and lead high-performing teamsExperience driving automation, process improvement, and operational maturityStrong analytical and decision-making skills, using data and metrics to guide outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
