What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Spa Director will be responsible for but not limited to managing the operation of the spa and the spa staff.    - Managing day-to-day activities of the spa - Promote teamwork and motivation through daily communication - Ensure prompt response and follow up to guest’s needs – responsible for hiring, planning, scheduling, and organizing staff to ensure proper coverage - Follow through with new employees to ensure proper paperwork is complete and guide the new employee through the orientation process - Responsible for managing and monitoring Spa Attendants - Manages all aspects of inventory to include purchasing, maintaining retail and back-bar products as well as monthly reporting – Manage the spa budget, payroll and labor costs - Ensure that The Belgrove Resort & Spa’s Standards are adhered to including Forbes, Preferred, and AAA. - Ensure that all staff are properly trained and that they have the tools and products to effectively carry out their daily tasks - Communicate and enforce policies and procedures - Oversee the development and implementation of internal training - Design and formulate Standard Operating Procedures - Schedule and organize staff treatment rooms to ensure proper coverage and optimal use - Point of contact for all Spa parties and groups.
