About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Sales and Marketing professional to complement our Leadership Team. Responsible for all aspects of the Hotel Sales and Marketing Division, this is a hands on leadership role, actively involved in business decision making, strategic direction and business plan execution.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targetsOversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performanceCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partnersAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunitiesManage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibilityCollaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectivesDevelop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resourcesStay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics
