\t\t\t\t\tMonday–FridayCore hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility)100% onsiteProvide overall leadership and direction for the Quality Control laboratoryOversee a team of approximately 12–13 staff (Lab Supervisor + 10 Chemists)Ensure all finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples are tested accurately and on timeMaintain accountability, prioritization, and urgency within the QC functionServe as the technical escalation point for laboratory issues and troubleshootingReview, approve, and improve analytical methods, protocols, and validation activitiesLead method transfers, method validations, and investigationsEnsure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standardsDrive continuous improvement in lab efficiency, compliance, and performancePartner closely with operations, QA, and leadership
