Director of Quality Assurance
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to join their team. As a Director of Quality Assurance, Automation Services, you will be part of the Business Systems & Automation department supporting automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Director of Quality Assurance **Type of Job:** Direct Hire **Work Model:** On site (hybrid, 3 days on site) **Location:** Laurel, Maryland **Pay Range:** $150K-$180K **What's the Job?** + Lead the planning, development, and implementation of automation solutions including RPA, workflow automation, and CI/CD enhancements. + Manage a team of automation engineers and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery of automation projects that improve operational efficiency. + Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to identify automation opportunities and standardize best practices. + Oversee the portfolio of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. + Evaluate emerging automation technologies such as AI/ML, APIs, and orchestration tools to drive innovation and efficiency. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. + 7-10 years of relevant work experience in automation and technology projects. + At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects and leading technical teams. + Proficiency with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, or workflow tools. + Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
