Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Director of Program Delivery to lead a strategic initiative focused on transforming the end-to-end client financial workflow across the enterprise. This role will oversee the delivery of strategic program designed to automate manual processes, modernize the technology stack, and upgrade legacy systems and processes using advanced data and AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership:Serve as the delivery lead for the financial workflow transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of program milestones across multiple workstreams.Technology & Innovation:Drive modernization of systems and processes leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions.Champion automation and digital transformation to reduce manual effort and errors.Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance and related functions, ensuring strong alignment and engagement.Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Team Leadership:Manage and mentor cross-functional teams in the U.S. and global delivery centers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Oversee Data Analytics, System Analytics, and Business Solutions functions(AI).Operational Impact:Deliver measurable outcomes including capacity savings, improved client onboarding, enhanced forecasting, and stronger regulatory adherence.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:10+ years of experience in program delivery, technology transformation, or financial operations within large scale organizations.Proven track record of leading enterprise wide initiatives with global teams.Strong understanding of data analytics, AI applications, and modern technology platforms.Skills:Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.Location:Bloomfield, CT; primary office in the U.S. with oversight of global teams.
