Director of Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture strong partnerships with vendors and service providersMonitor procurement metrics and implement continuous improvement initiativesDesign and execute procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and growth plansLead cost-reduction initiatives through effective sourcing and supplier negotiationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and project teams to streamline operationsOversee warehousing and logistics with a focus on scalability, accuracy, and cost-efficiencyUtilize digital tools and ERP platforms to manage procurement workflowsForecast material needs and manage procurement planning to ensure consistent supplyCoordinate delivery schedules and optimize inventory storage and distributionEnsure timely and accurate delivery of materials to support field and installation teams

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to operational teamsProficiency in supply chain systems and technologiesStrong background in inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operationsStrategic mindset with a proven ability to lead negotiations and manage vendor relationshipsSkilled in using workflow and project management tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $190000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
