Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Partnerships to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of value added services delivered through Visa and other key payment network partners. This leader will ensure seamless integration and operational excellence of partnership enabled capabilities while driving strategic alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Acting as the primary liaison between our organization, Visa, and its partner ecosystem, this role will identify and commercialize growth opportunities, enhance payment capabilities, and accelerate innovation across our global payments portfolio. The ideal candidate combines deep payments expertise with exceptional relationship management, strategic thinking, and cross functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Leadership
• Serve as the senior point of contact for the Visa partnership, overseeing all strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives related to value added services.
• Build and steward strong relationships with Visa and its partner network to maintain alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and long term growth objectives.
Strategy & Growth
• Translate partner capabilities into scalable revenue opportunities by collaborating with regional, channel, and product teams.
• Identify and operationalize new service offerings and enhancements that elevate customer value across the payments ecosystem.
• Act as a catalyst for innovation, helping position the company at the forefront of emerging payment technologies and solutions.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure best in class execution of partnership initiatives, including integration support, delivery oversight, and performance management.
• Monitor program health and optimize outcomes against established KPIs, including operational scalability, customer experience, and commercial performance.
• Lead development of executive level reporting on partnership metrics, strategic progress, and anticipated opportunities.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Drive high impact initiatives across Payments, Consumer Services, Technology, Operations, and senior leadership teams.
• Serve as a mediator and strategic advisor to ensure alignment, address challenges, and manage expectations between internal and external partners.
Compensation:
$80/hr to $90/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
• 7 years of experience in financial services w. focus on payments and partnership management (think Visa, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
• Strong track record of strategic development including executing complex initiatives through cross-team collaboration, working with executives and navigating complex business problems • Experience working with Visa
• Expertise in payments and card processing
• Background in banking and treasury services
