JSG is searching for a Director of Operations with GMP Food Manufacturing experience.
This is a direct hire opportunity with our top client in Philadelphia, PA. Salary for this role is $150K per year with bonus potential.
The Director of Operations will lead and optimize all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a high -performance culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Leverage resources effectively to deliver operational excellence in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. 
The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience; 5+ years of Leadership experience with a Food Manufacturer Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Operational Excellence Excellent problem solving, communication, collaboration, and process improvement skills Additional experience with Kaizen, inventory management, and  food safety and regulatory standards Bachelor's degree Required and Masters preferred (Engineering/Food Science/Operations) Please apply if you are ready to work ASAP with a fast-growing Manufacturing Company!
