Job Summary
As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Vantage at Worcester, you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

·        Coordinate resident care with hands-on leadership

·        Develop and revise nursing policies

·        Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff

·        Lead recruitment and interviewing

·        Ensure regulatory compliance

·        Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls

·        Collaborate across departments

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license required Skilled nursing facility experience required

Pay Range: $120,000/year - $150,000/year
