Salary: $120k+/yr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and oversee its nursing department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams, preferably within a community health or primary care setting. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the professional growth and development of nursing staff. Responsibilities: + Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing staff and clinical support teams + Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices + Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and quality initiatives + Maintain nursing supplies, inventory and vaccines inventory + Collaborate with physicians, providers, and administrators to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency + Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff + Complete additional tasks as directed by Assistant medical Director/Medical Director and COO Qualifications: + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State + Nursing experience + Strong knowledge of clinical operations + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
