Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California. Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Strong leadership and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
