As the Director of Marketing and Merchandising Execution, you will lead the Marketing Team and Merchandising Execution teams for the Hispanic Strategy Team, driving high-level strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as a visionary leader, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Your role will be pivotal in leading change, promoting a process improvement mindset, and ensuring alignment with the Hispanic Strategy team to deliver culturally relevant and localized merchandising and marketing efforts. advanced pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales events, promotions, discounts, and special offers according to consumer demand. + Optimize Product Displays: Guide merchandising teams to ensure product displays and visual elements highlight merchandise effectively, enhancing customer retention. + Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain teams to minimize overstock situations, optimize inventory replenishment, and avoid stockouts. + Assortment Strategy: Lead the coordination of assortment planning strategies to determine the optimal mix of products, brands, styles, and price points to drive sales **Stakeholder Influence and Change Management – 30%** + Leverage Insights: Utilize data, insights, and analytics to influence stakeholders and make strategic programs, to foster talent growth and development. **Essential Qualifications and Functions:** **Experience:** + 10+ years of proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a similar role + 10+ years of experience working with Key Value Items (KVI) and managing stock levels **Skills:** + 10+ years of strong analytical skills to track and manage inventory levels + 10+ years of excellent organizational and multitasking abilities + 10+ years of proficiency in inventory management software and tools + 10+ years of strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams + 10+ years of problem-solving skills to address out-of-stock and overstock situations **Knowledge:** + 10+ years of understanding of inventory management principles and best practices + 10+ years of familiarity with direct-to-store vendor service and inventory monitoring + 10+ years of proficiency in inventory management software and tools **Attributes:** + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Proactive in creating action plans to address inventory issues + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent communication and leadership abilities + Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred + Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, influence stakeholders, and drive positive Management, Business Administration, or a related field or extensive experience on role or equivalent work experience **Preferred Qualifications:** **Technical Skills:** + Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) + Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Power BI + Familiarity with automated inventory tracking systems and technologies **Certifications:** + Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Six Sigma certification **Soft Previous leadership or managerial experience in inventory management or supply chain operations. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
