Director of Maintenance

Job Description
The Director of Maintenance will guide the maintenance organization across four facilities, developing leaders, strengthening reliability programs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on partnership—roughly 60% of the week is spent collaborating in meetings, while the remaining time is spent on the production floor supporting teams, reviewing equipment performance, and driving improvements. The director regularly interfaces with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, safety, quality, HR, and finance to align maintenance priorities with business goals. Travel between sites occurs a few times per month, typically as day trips. The company values a positive, people‑first leader who can bring structure, coaching, and adaptability to a fast‑paced and changing environment.
