Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Staff and Resource Management
Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions, and major modifications to IT networkDaily management of IT staffOversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s entire infrastructure includingAdministration and maintenance of the venue’s LAN/WANImplementation of required network securityVenue’s telephone systemComputer stations and softwareOversight of troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery providing expert support when necessaryOversight of venue help desk including direct response for escalated issuesInteracts with internal and external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely mannerBuilds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies in conjunction with Legends Global corporate requirementsEnsures that company assets are maintained responsiblyCoordinate with management team to ensure all goals are met for each event at INTRUST Bank Arena.Knowledge and ability to provide POS support to Food & Beverage.Knowledge and ability to support ticketing system and POS transactions.Provide IT support to Capitol Federal Amphitheater, Century II, and Orpheum Theater as needed.Communication
Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiorsDelivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentationsUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyCommunicates with Legends Global Venue IT team to ensure adherence to all requirements, ensure awareness of major issues, and to ensure all IT items are properly anticipated and budgeted.Oversee and manage, when needed financials' of the department, purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover.

Qualifications

Must successfully pass a background and credit check
Minimum of 8 years’ experience with the below technical competencies:
Microsoft 365/Exchange Online
Active Directory/Entra Active Directory
On-premises file sharing and cloud-based file management
Enterprise grade wired and wireless network infrastructure
Server systems administration
Enterprise grade Voice over IP (VoIP) Telephony
Point of Sale Implementation and Administration (preferred)
Must have previous experience managing help desk-based end user support
Superior customer service and interaction skills
Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
Education and/or Experience
College degree preferred in a related field
8-10 years of direct experience in duties will be considered in lieu of a degree
