Director of Human Resources
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across all business units and partner closely with the Vice President of Human Resources. This senior leadership role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR teamPartner with Business Unit leaders on escalated employee relations, performance management, and compliance mattersOversee employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policiesManage benefits, wellness, and core HR operations for a multi-state workforceGuide leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminationsDrive HR process improvement, reporting, and enterprise initiativesQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)7–10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilityExperience supporting operational or field-based teams strongly preferredConstruction, roofing, or manufacturing industry experience a plusSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or advanced degree highly desiredWhy You’ll Love Working Here
