+ **Must have healthcare experience.** **Key Responsibilities** + Clean, and transform large healthcare datasets from multiple sources (EHR, PM systems, financial, operational). + Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. + Design, build, and publish Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for executive and operational use. + Conduct population census and growth analyses to identify key trends and improvement opportunities. + Partner with clinical, operational, business development and finance leaders to translate business questions into analytic solutions. + Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of recurring reports and ad hoc requests. + Document processes, metrics definitions, and dashboards for consistency and knowledge sharing. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications** + Strong SQL skills. + Advanced Tableau experience (parameters, LOD calculations, interactive dashboards). + Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR/PM systems, patient flows, claims, outcomes). + Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences. + Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, Accounting / Finance. Exempt Position: Annual Rate: $131,900-$219,800.
