This position ensures accurate budgeting, compliant billing, timely reimbursement, and strong internal controls across a complex portfolio of grants and contracts. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end‑to‑end financial oversight of cost‑reimbursement grants and contracts, from award setup through closeout.Review and interpret grant agreements, contracts, and amendments to ensure financial terms and conditions are properly implemented.Ensure all expenditures are allowable, allocable, reasonable, and consistently aligned with approved budgets and funder requirements.Oversee grant closeouts, final reporting, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and compliance.Lead the development, review, and approval of grant budgets in collaboration with program and finance leadership.Monitor budget‑to‑actual performance and investigate variances, recommending corrective actions as needed.Provide forecasting and cash‑flow analysis related to grant reimbursement and contract funding.
