Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Director of Finance to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. This is a pivotal role, responsible for guiding the financial strategy of the hotel while safeguarding its assets and ensuring operational excellence.

What you will do:

Lead all aspects of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis

Safeguard the hotel’s assets and ensure financial integrity across all departments

Provide clear, timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership

Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and management agreements

Develop and mentor the Finance team, fostering growth and succession planning

Collaborate with other department heads to support operational efficiency and strategic goals

Represent Finance in Executive Committee meetings and contribute to hotel-wide decision-making

The Director of Finance role:

A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally within luxury hospitality

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

A degree in Finance or Hospitality Management is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued

A high level of integrity, attention to detail and strategic thinking

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
